For Individuals with Acquired Brain Injury or Traumatic Brain Injury

• Rehabilitation and support services:
• In home structure and routines for ADL’s (Active Daily Living Skills)
• Back to school or back to work assistance
• Community awareness
• Tutorial support – recreational support
• Life-skill coaching
• Cognitive behaviour therapy techniques applied
• Individual Counselling services for issues of grief / loss
  
• Fees for service are funded by the individuals insurance company
• There is no age specification for this programme
• Referrals are generally received from case managers, lawyers or other members of the treatment team
